Pineapple XChange
Pineapple Financial set out to create a first-of-its-kind industry experience; an elevated, TEDx-style event designed to inspire, educate, and connect mortgage professionals from across Canada. The goal was not just to host a conference, but to build a signature branded experience that would position Pineapple as a thought leader and disruptor in the mortgage space.
As Creative Director, I led the integrated campaign from concept to execution, shaping the full visual identity of the event, including branding, logo design, experiential marketing assets, and digital collateral. Working closely with my team of designers, videographers, and social media specialists, I developed everything from environmental signage and stage visuals to social content, email campaigns, and presentation design. I also oversaw the run-of-show on event day, ensuring a cohesive and immersive brand experience.
The event drew over 250 mortgage professionals from across the country and quickly became a cornerstone brand moment for Pineapple. Its success established a recognizable identity that has been used for subsequent annual events, solidifying Pineapple’s position as an industry leader.
