MyPineapple: App Campaign Launch
In 2022, Pineapple Financial reached a major milestone with the launch of MyPineapple, its first proprietary mortgage app designed to streamline the home financing journey for borrowers and brokers. As the company prepared to introduce the platform to the market, it needed a full launch campaign that not only showcased the technology, but also positioned Pineapple as an innovation leader in the financial space.
As Creative Director, I led the development of the launch identity and all supporting communications, crafting a fully integrated campaign across digital, email, app store, and social channels. I oversaw the design of the App Store screenshots, digital banner takeovers, email narratives, launch toolkits, and social content, ensuring a cohesive visual and strategic story across every touchpoint. The campaign successfully introduced MyPineapple to both internal agents and external customers, marking a significant brand and technology milestone for the company.
